Lacquer Love: Truth or Flare by Essie

Hi guys. I'm sorry I haven't posted in a little while. I've been going through some personal shit stuff lately so my mind hasn't really been on my blog in the past week.
And, the only posts which I've pre-photographed are "Lacquer Love" posts so I'm coming at you with another nail polish post. Hope you don't mind :)
This Essie nail polish is from the Spring 2014 collection and it's called Truth or Flare. It's described as a "vintage blue denim" and it's exactly the kind of shade I've been loving lately: mix of light blue and gray.
Depending on the lighting the polish will look lighter or darker. I really love this shade and consider it a neutral/muted color for those times where you don't feel like having your nails pop or stand out too much.
Application is so easy with the wide, slightly rounded brush. Consistency of the polish is awesome, like any other by Essie. Not streaky, not too thick or thin - just right. I always apply a base coat, two coats of the polish and then a quick-drying top coat.
