Hi everyone! Lately I've been obsessed with a combination of two OPI nail polishes. They're perfect for fall/winter and I can't get enough!
After all the nail care (filing, buffing, cuticles, etc.) I do two coats of OPI My Private Jet. This is such a great shade for fall/winter. It's like a dark, dark grey/black color without being a typical black shade. The wonderful thing about this nail polish is that it has white(ish) speckles in it that are matte. So these give the color some oomph without being too glitzy and out there.
In the bottle it has a bronze shine to it, but that only shows up on the nails when in direct sunlight. Otherwise it's quite dark with the speckles which brighten it up a bit.
I recently purchased this awesome shade. It's OPI I Juggle...Men. Love that name, by the way. I put two coats of this on top of the two coats of the My Private Jet shade. This shade contains tiny sparkles which, in the light, have a purple/pink/blue hue. It's very subtle, not in-yo-face at all. That's why I love adding this on top of matte shades. But on top of My Private Jet it just adds a little more sparkle and shine and makes it even more interesting.
I finish with applying one coat of Essie Good to Go topcoat. This has been my favorite top coat for months now. It's a rapid dry top coat and it really works! It dries very quickly and leaves a wonderful glossy finish.
