Lacquer Love: For Audrey by China Glaze

I only own a few China Glaze nail polishes and this is one of the newest ones.

This is For Audrey - a gorgeous, creamy "Tiffany" blue with a touch of turquoise.

It's from the "Something Blue" collection and I read that it's a limited edition color but it was on the normal China Glaze display in Manor (Swiss department store), where I bought it.

I'm so in love with this shade for Spring. I've worn two nail polishes since I wore "For Audrey" for the first time and I'm itching to wear it again!

China Glaze polishes use China Clay as nail hardener in their formula which makes the polish last longer without chipping. I wore it for a few days and didn't have any chips at all. Next time I wear this polish I'll keep it on longer to really test out how long it can go chip-free.

The application went really smoothly, which I didn't expect. When I opened the bottle I felt a tiny bit disappointed that the brush is so narrow. I've grown to love the wide and rounded Essie brushes.

But, I have to admit, because of the creamy texture of the polish, the application was so easy and I barely touched the skin around my nails.

I'd definitely recommend this polish, especially for Spring and Summer.

Have you tried "For Audrey"? Do you like China Glaze polishes?

Happy Sunday!

    1. Oh ya, I'm definitely falling for it, hard. And I have the feeling it makes my skin look just a tad bit tanner....or maybe that's just me ;)

  3. I have a similar color to For Audrey from Ulta—it really is perfect for spring. How does China Glaze hold up? Do you feel like your nails lasted a week, or less?

    1. It really is perfect, isn't it? It's just so vibrant and happy :) The polish didn't chip at all after 3 days, but I changed my polish after that so I haven't worn it for a week yet. I'm definitely going to put it to the test, I'll let you know! :) x
