Korres Skincare Haul
March 02, 2014
I've gotten into using more natural skincare products lately and bought some things from Lush (see my haul here) and from Korres.
First thing I picked out is the Korres Wild Rose 24-h Moisturising Brightening Cream.
This cream is for normal to dry skin and adds brightness and radiance to the skin. On the website it says that wild rose oil is a natural source of vitamin C which helps in repairing fine lines and skin color disorders. My skin is more on the oily / acne-prone side but I thought this would be a great cream to use at night time. It seems to be working nicely so far and I enjoy the pleasant rose scent.
When it's time to repurchase I think I might try the moisturiser from the Korres line for oily / combination skin, the Pomegranate Moisturising Cream-Gel. But I'll definitely use up this brightening cream first :)
These next two items are both from the oily / combination skin line by Korres.
First, the Korres Pomegranate Cleansing Mask.
This mask promises to remove impurities and to deeply cleanse the skin. I've used this mask twice so far (since I'm trying to use the Lush mask I purchased first) and so far I've liked it! The scent is obviously very nice (pomegranate...yummm) and the texture is quite clay-like. It does leave your skin feeling refreshed and clean but I definitely need to use it consistently for the next few weeks before I can say much more about it.
Last but not least, I also purchased the Korres Pomegranate Cleansing Wipes.
These are makeup removing wipes for face and eyes which contain pomegranate extract which promises to tighten your pores and tone your skin. I like the scent of these wipes and they work quite nicely. The only thing I don't like about them is that they're quite dry. So I prefer to use them on my face to remove foundation, powder, etc. but when I use them on my eyes I feel like they're a bit too dry and that they kind of "scratch" my eyes a bit. So I'm not sure that I'll be repurchasing these but my opinion could change while going through this pack.
Do any of you use Korres products? What would you recommend?
Have a great Sunday!
This is NOT a sponsored post. I purchased all the products myself and all opinions are my own.

Nice little haul! I've heard and read a lot about Korres, but I've never actually tried anything from the brand. I should change that...
ReplyDeleteSame with me! I read a lot about the brand so I thought to check them out, I'd definitely recommend trying them, especially since they're all natural :)
