My Personal Christmas Wishlist!
November 27, 2013
Yay for CHRISTMAS!
I'm so excited for the holidays and Christmas vacation and going to Serbia & Bosnia and for gifts! Receiving and giving, of course...
Seeing as I love reading other bloggers' wishlists and gift ideas I thought I'd share my personal wishlist this year.
Something kind of funny is that I already (sorta) own three of the items on my wishlist...oops....
Anyways, here we go!
This is probably an obvious choice, but come on, it's sooo pretty! I've seen the swatches on blogs and YouTube videos and they look so nice, I'm really excited for this. I went on Look Fantastic and pre-ordered the palette - woop woop! They ship internationally and they carry many brands which we don't have access to in Switzerland so this website was a great find! Hopefully the palette will arrive before Christmas :)
This is an German jewelry brand and anyone who knows me knows that I'm absolutely in love with their pieces. I already own so many rings, bracelets, necklaces, charms, etc. from Thomas Sabo but naturally, they keep coming out with new collections and I just love so many things! So, I'm always happy with a gift certificate to this shop.
This is my absolute favorite fragrance. I do like to mix it up a bit and use different perfumes and body mists but I definitely always come back to this. I just love it. I could probably call it my "signature scent" - I even have friends who think of me when they smell this scent in the air. I just think it's a shame that the pump isn't a conventional one so I can't pump the perfume into a Travalo.
This is the second item I already own but hey, I still wanted to mention it here since I really wanted it this year. I saw it on many blogs and on YouTube last year and was so bummed that I couldn't order one because of shipping. But, this year, I was quick to look into it and ordered one off of the Ciaté website directly and presto, it was at my doorstep a few days later. Now it stands as part of my Christmas decor in my living room and I'm itching for December 1st to finally be here so I can discover the first nail lacquer in the countdown!
I got really intrigued by this brand after hearing so many people rave about it on blogs and YouTube (can't you tell I'm barely influenced by the internet?) so when I finally spotted these lovely bottles at a Jo Malone shop at the Zurich Airport I had to have a sniff. I really loved the scent Wild Bluebell. But, these perfumes are very expensive in Switzerland so maybe it' not really worth buying since I tend to over-spray and over-use my perfumes...oops...
I saw a few girls using this curling iron on YouTube and thought it was so cool. I basically just went out and bought it and I'm so glad I did because it's amazing! It takes me half as long to curl my hair and it's so easy to use! Check out Pixiwoo's video where she demos the product. And to see the end-result of using this curling iron, check out my Instagram :)
I've researched and read/heard about so many wonderful things about the effects of the Clarisonic and since I constantly battle with skin issues (oilyness, acne, etc.) I'd really love to try this! Plus, the Mia 2 in this set has an awesome pink design and the set includes a travel size cleanser, 2 sensitive brush heads, a protective travel case, a charger and the Clarisonic itself - all for $150 instead of $184. Crossing my fingers to find this under the tree with my name on it :)
And, last but not least, I've been researching this DSLR camera. I've found this exact camera in other shops / on other websites with a much smaller price tag so we'll see....I'm still reading up on this. Does anyone have any tips for me in this department? Your comments would be greatly appreciated :)
So there you go, my personal wishlist for this Christmas.
Stay tuned for a more general gift guide coming soon!

so many thoughts but I will try to organize my head. I havent received any blog updates and i just clicked over here to see what you've been doing and realized that I probably have to re-subscribe to get rss feeds etc? I will add you to bloglovin roll- do you know about that- I am sure you do! Now for the naked 3 pallet- I also really want this!!! Where to buy here? I will probably head to Colmar and they have a saphora- we will be going on 23 of dec?
ReplyDeleteLove the nails advent calendar- I never do my nails because they get chipped and ruined in 1 day- unless of course I do gells, but I don't have the stuff here in CH. CoCo however LOVES nail polish and wants it to be redone daily to match- she is so much like you!!!! DID i say she loves nail polish?!?! I am dying to read the upcoming post on those holiday nails but more so for you to come do a demo in person!!!! OUr tuesday AM's are free - how about playing HOokie from work and coming for some pumpkin pie spiced hot chocolate and a holiday nail manicure ?xoxox
OH Lets talk cameras too.... I got a nikon D90- It's not a "pro" camera but it does everything I need at a smaller price- I think the Camera is less important than the lens most of the time- in many ways. THe lenses are what will completely change the shot. I am taking a photo class this weekend for my Birthday gift and will tell you everything I learn if you are interested.
