I was inspired by J is for Jord's summer reading list and thought I'd share my own since I always, and I mean always, have a stack of books that is in my "to be read" pile, or shall I say, my "to be read" bookcase.
(This cocktail contains Cream of Coconut, Amaretto, Fluffed Marshmallow Vodka and Godiva white chocolate liquor - sounds absolutely amazing!)
One of my favorites! This is Lapiz of Luxury by Essie, a gorgeous "ocean blue" or "opulent azure" (what?).
Hi guys. I'm sorry I haven't posted in a little while. I've been going through some personal shit stuff lately so my mind hasn't really been on my blog in the past week.
And, the only posts which I've pre-photographed are "Lacquer Love" posts so I'm coming at you with another nail polish post. Hope you don't mind :)
I love using simple scotch tape to create very easy and subtle nail art. Check out this nail look I did last June using scotch tape and some fun, bring pink polish.
The other day, I ventured into The Body Shop on my lunch break on a mission to purchase three items... I ended up with seven - so surprising, I know...
The weather here in Switzerland is changing, slowly but surely, and Spring is definitely on its way.
Because of the sunny weather, I've been liking eye makeup with a touch of color. I'm not really one to wear some crazy eye shadow or anything that really stands out, but I do love a touch, a hint, of color that makes my eyes stand out.
After reading through Anna's post about her MAC palette two days ago, I thought I'd share my palette on here since I love seeing other people's self-made palettes and getting inspired by them. Usually these DIY-palettes are full of wearable, every day eye shadows which makes these compilations much more realistic than palettes put together by makeup brands.
I've gotten into using more natural skincare products lately and bought some things from Lush (see my haul here) and from Korres.
The lovely Ashleigh Calder contacted me a little bit ago and asked if I'd like to be interviewed for the February interview edition on her blog. Of course, I said yes!
I answered some fun questions so go ahead and head over to her blog and check it out!
Isn't it purrrdy? *sigh* Okay, so, the first time I read about this particular planner was on Elle Fowler's blog.
In THIS haul post I showed you some beautiful MAC eye shadows and promised an eye makeup look with them. Here you go! :)
